Promoters | Suresh Kumar, Rashmee Seengal, Global Internet Ltd. |
Story | They started manufacturing CD's. Now they claim to be the largest animation company in the South Asia and that they would be the largest animation company in Asia. They claim to be working on orders worth Rs. 329 Cr. Market cap is < 70 Cr. No, it is not attractive – just to be avoided. |

Sub-sector | Animation outsourcing |

Positives | Announced Rs. 1 and Rs. 2 dividends for 08 and 09 – but this could just be a farce. |
Negatives | Promoter holding is 20% and on march 2010, they announced promoters had increased stake upto 24%. Most of shares are held by people owning < 1 lakh. The back to back announcements in March 2010 (film on Adolf Hitler, increase in promoter stake, repay all HSBC debt so that they can pay 09 dividend) makes us wonder if all this is really true. This company has a shrouded past as well – they entered LPG, hotel businesses but we know nothing about these now. People commented on some websites that the company shareholders meeting were held in secrecy and no one ever got to those. |
