Negatives	Debt is huge for the company – FY09 of 856 Cr debt for the company with 114 Cr revenue in FY09. Promoters have pledged their stake. Heard about the exodus of a lot of staff as well. The other companies from the promoters are also regarded as fraud companies. Many mutual funds have reduced their stake.
